Our Objectives
- To train small scale women entrepreneurs in business structuring, management and succession planning.
- To train and equip small scale entrepreneurs with skills in information technology, digital marketing and online trading.
- To train small scale women entrepreneurs in marketing, selling and negotiation skills.
- To train small scale women entrepreneurs in tax planning and compliance.
- To equip small scale women entrepreneurs with law and advocacy skills for better policies and legislation at national and local governments.
- To train and build capacity of small-scale women entrepreneurs to participate in public procurement by knowing how to prepare and submit bids.
- To train small scale women entrepreneurs in record keeping to ascertain income and expenditure, and foster business growth of their business enterprises.
- To provide a platform for business mentorship and brokerage among small scale women entrepreneurs, associations and women business organizations.
- To train and build the capacity of small-scale women entrepreneurs in business incubation and growth.
- To train SME women entrepreneurs in registration and formalization of their business enterprises.
- To work with government, multinational corporations, non- governmental organizations, charitable institutions and all other organizations and individuals with similar interests in women empowerment.
- To invest the funds of the company not immediately required for its purpose in such investments or property as may be thought fit.
- To carry put fund raising, exhibitions, solicit and receive donations, grants and all forms of charitable goods and services for the benefit of members and target groups.
- To solicit for funds from reliable sources for enhancement of the company’s objective here in
- To carryout additional activities as may be deemed incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objectives or any of them provided that:
- The company is a non-profit organization and it shall not engage in any activity, which is inconsistent with the public interest or with any laws enacted by the Government of Uganda.
- The income of the company shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the company as set forth in this memorandum of company.
